Who is living your dream life in 2015? Hint it should be YOU!

It's your year, your time.

Time to spread those expansive wings of yours and soar into your most radiant light. 2015 is the year that's all about you. Not in a selfish way, but a loving way, a way where your well being, piece of mind and happiness matters. Because you deserve to be feeling your best.  Where you have the energy to give to others, and to contribute in a meaningful way.

This year is about your desires (not your parents or your partners), your life, your happiness, your freedom from negative thoughts and emotions and letting go of this tumultuous relationship with yourself, with food, exercise and your body.

2015 is a year for a new way of feeling about yourself and a new reality.

If you have a desire then it is in your capacity to achieve it. 

That's right, a desire can not come to your awareness if it is not within your capacity to have it. 

Really consider this for a moment. How would you be different if you just knew that all of your wild expansive, dreams and desires were already there, lined up, just waiting for you to get out of your own way?

The question is do you know what you really want? Do you know what you want to achieve? What you want to experience? How you want to feel?

If you are not clear on what you want and why then it's very difficult to take inspired action to move towards it and you'll continue to stay stuck exactly where you are even if you're trying that diet or new training program.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

Did you know only 5% of people who lose weight on a diet keep it off. So why are we as a society all still trying to diet when we know it's not sustainable and long-lasting?

There is a different approach. A long-lasting approach. A way that feels good for you. A way that allows you to truly love your life and your body without deprivation, without willpower, without restriction.

Here are some questions to get you thinking and gain some insight about what you desire in 2015

1. If I could wave a magic wand and be/have or do anything without limitation what would be different?

2. Why do you want this? Sit with this - what are you expecting as a result of having/being or doing this? This will give you the fuel to add to the fire.

3. What are you expecting to feel when you have this? What feelings are you reaching for?

Are you tired of starting out strong and then falling off the wagon? Do you find it exhausting and boring trying to stick to unrealistic goals? Do you find yourself stuck with the same habits repeating themselves again and again? When is enough, enough? Why continue to suffer when you don't have to?

Your life is now and it's meant to be enjoyed now. Fully enjoyed, expressed, feeling your best, having the energy to do all that you want and to feel content and at peace in your body.
