So I have a question for you....
How do you want to feel today, tomorrow, next week, next year?
Everything that we do is guided by our innate human desire to feel a certain way.
This might mean we choose to do things that we think will make us feel good OR we choose to avoid things that we think will not make us feel good.
Make a decision right now about how you want to feel today...
What is the first thing that comes into your mind? Write it down.
What can you do within yourself so that you can feel that way now?
"What do I need to do to feel the way I want to feel?"

Then do it. Choose to create that experience, that feeling you desire from within yourself.
Once you realise that you can create that feeling, you will no longer have to go searching for it outside of yourself in objects, people or things. And that is a reason to celebrate!!!
My personal example. A few years ago I used be stressed and agitated a lot of the time. When I first asked myself this question the answer I got was calm. I began to create this feeling myself by taking some long deep breathes, slowing myself down and learning to surrender and let go of what I couldn't control (anything outside of myself).
